And Microsoft too, it would appear - it's the same price in the Xbox Store as it is on Steam.
EDIT: This chapter isn't the only one, most of them are differently priced on the Xbox and PS4 Stores compared to Steam and even compared to each other. So I guess that's just how it is, it depends on whatever deal BHVR makes with the platform owner.
