Is the killer's ping somehow responsible for the lag?
Most of my games run pretty much without any lag but some of them are laggy AF, so I was wondering if the killer for example had a 150+ ping to the dedicated server, can it affect my gaming experience due to syncing or something?

Killer has no way to do anything regarding connection. If the killer has bad connection he/she will lag and keep teleporting behind or miss lots of lunges (even using the power will be delayed by 1-2 seconds)
