Ultra Rare item ideas

There are only 2 ultra rare items, but 5 different item types leaving 3 item types without ultra rares. Here's my suggestions. Remember that an ultra rare should be significantly unique from other items in the same line and not just a statistical upgrade:

Reusable Medkit
  • 20 charges
  • Tremendously increases the altruistic Healing speed.
  • Item regenerates 1% of it's max charges every second
Electrician Toolbox
  • 80 charges
  • Slightly increases the Generator Repair speed.
  • When completing a generator with this toolbox the Killer is not notified for 5 seconds
  • Unlocks the Sabotage action.
Handheld Spotlight (Flashlight)
  • 6 charges
  • When blinded the Killer is turned around by 180*

    1. Electrician Toolbox seems more like a purple than a pink.
    2. And how would Handheld Spotlight behave when the killer is breaking the pallet? Would the 180 happen after the break?

    1. Pinks are pink because they have unique effects. Not because they are especially strong.
    2. 180 happens after the break, or vault in the case of windows.
