In the tome so far we've had perk-based challenges for everything belonging to Claudette and Trapper, except Unnerving Presence.

Something simple could be "Have survivors face X skill checks while affected by Unnerving Presence."

Legitimate question, did the devs forget it's his teachable and make Distressing challenges by accident?

I doubt it. Last level had "This is not happening" as a challenge.
