Is the Oni a worst Hillbilly?

So this is just gonna be a comparison of the two killers. Pros and Cons see what makes them better and worse than the other.

Hillbilly Vs. Oni

----------------------------------------- --------------------------------------

*Can use power at start of the match *Has to build up power

*Can Sprint at start of match *Has to wait for Demon Dash

*Has Wall Collision in Sprint *No Wall Collision In Dash

*Can only hit one survivor with power *Hit multiple survivors with power

*Less Control of Sprint *High Dash Control

*Keeps power when picking up Survivor *Loses power when picking up survivor

*Doesn't need to injure survivor to use Power *Needs hurt survivor to build up power

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is what I could come up with for Pros and Cons. In retrospect both are gonna share similar issues. The Oni is newer so once survivors learn to play against him its gonna be the same as going up against the Hillbilly (AKA Against good survivors an m1 killer).

Honestly the problem with the Oni right now is that hes too plain. He doesn't really have that fun, unique feel that we want when we get a new killer. While he might be a solid killer, he won't see much play simple because he is too plain. Although when playing him you do feel extremely powerful, but thats due to his character design, not the actual power.

While I can't actively think of any changes to him that would make him more fun without changing his entire kit, I can give suggestions on what would make him feel more unique to play.

Changes-

  1. Blood Orbs- The idea and feel of the blood orbs in honestly really fun and rewarding as the killer. The idea of slashing a survivor and then absorbing their life force to build up your rage is a really nice design choice and I would like to see them do more with the blood orbs, definitely has that unique and powerful feel.
  2. Kanabo- When you finally pull this bad boy out it makes you feel insanely strong. Its a good feeling to dash and absolutely annihilate a survivor with it. The only gripe I have with it is that when you actually swing with the thing you can barely see anything on the screen. It also just doesn't feel right to smash a gen with this thing and have it regress normally.
