How good/bad/practical would this perk be?

This random idea popped in my head while playing today: what if there was a perk as a survivor that allowed you to lie on the ground and crawl as opposed to only standing or crouching? It would obviously allow people to hide better, but on the flip side, killer can pick you up off the ground as if you're in the dying state; however, if you're uninjured when the killer picks you up, your wiggle speed increases x amount and in the case you wiggle free, you remain uninjured.

Just a random idea that I thought might be fun to use as a survivor and fun to counter as a killer.
