DCers Should Be Paired With Other DCers

If you cross over a certain threshold for DCing, you should enter a DCer-only queue list. In this way, those people to immature to finish a game get to be on the receiving end of it for awhile, and the only way to get back into normal queue is to hit a threshold of matches where you don't DC.

And I say 'threshold' because of course people have RL/internet/PC issues now and again, but if it happens so consistently that you get put on the DClist, then the problem is you. I've seen people whine that DC punishments are 'not fair' because 'what if I have problems?'. That is NOT AN EXCUSE if it happens to you more than you complete matches. That's the point of a threshold to punishment; to allow emergencies to happen without being punished. But if you disconnect 60% of your played matches, even if they all were emergencies, then it's a you problem.

And no, you're not told when you get put in a DC-only queue; if you were, then people would just start playing normally to get out of it ASAP.

When you're gasping for breath, not only do the simplest steps feel impossible, but your risk of injury also increases. Stamina is a crucial part of a dancer's performance tool kit, though typical ballet classes don't do much to develop it. With some advance planning outside the studio, you can build up your cardiovascular and muscular endurance to make a marathon ballet less daunting.

...yes (take my upvote because i died reading the desc then seeing that).

  • I just wonder who they would play against. Killer DC's are rare in my experience compared to survivor DC's.
