Do you actually play new changes before the outcry?

I'm just wondering how many people actually play game changes AND give a legitimate attempt to adjust their gameplay before complaining on the forum. It seems like most people are just making assumptions. Am I wrong?

    We're complaining because we have enough sense to realize that gutting perk builds and reducing the mend timer for the sake of 0.2 movement speed and a better vault isn't at all worth it. Moron, even a Dev acknowledged it's a nerf

    People complain over having one bad game as a Killer, this new Killer is in PTB, first day of coming out, yet people like "WAH HE'S HILLBILLY BUT WORSE THANKS DEVS YOU DON'T LISTEN' blah blah blah.
