Ghostface QOL change
This is something small to help in very specific changes:
When you first enter Night Shroud, there is a .5 second buffer before you begin stalking.
The reason you'd want this is for when you are following a survivor, but don't want to be slowed down by accidentally stalking because you held the button down for .023 seconds too long
