The devs prioritize the enjoyment of survivors over killers, killers will always be nerfed for as long as survivors whine. Hell, they don't even need to ask for the nerfs anymore, this Legion nerf is completely out of nowhere.
to give legion more chase potential i guess they decided to make their slowdowns more forgiving as a counterbalance. it was a really weird change, along with the basic hit change.
