Do the new versions of the insta heals stack?
To clarify, the new version of the add-ons offer a heal over time or a borrowed time effect. If one was to take both add-ons would they stack to give the person a full heal if he is struck and receives the borrowed time effect? Or would it only heal the borrowed time effect?
