Downing a survivor makes the 1/2/3 closest gens explode and regress. Survivors cannot worked on these generators for 2/3/5 seconds.

Applies 8% additional regression if the generators are within the killer's terror radius.

Can only be triggered every 60/50/40 seconds.

Perks such as Overcharge and Surveillance apply to all gens affected by Surge, and Pop Goes The Weasel only applies to the generator with the highest progression. If no progress has been made to the closest gens, Overcharge and Surveillance will still activate, but PGTW will still be consumed.
