    I guess it was changed intentionally. The sound on the PTB got negative Feedback, because it is really annoying to hear this "Pling" the whole game. I like the new sound, for me it is clear and not annoying.

    How many games did you do with the new Nurse on Live Version? Because you will most likely get used to the new sound.

    The loud "ping" noise was just a placeholder, and it was hated by a lot of the people who tested the PTB for being too loud and obnoxious.

    Its now a subtle more "gasp" noise from the Nurse.
