Require Survivors to repair a generator for 2 seconds to stop regression.
It takes killers two seconds to damage a generator if they aren't using Surge. To undo that damage, it should take survivors just as long.
It's kinda silly that survivors can run by a generator, while in a chase, and tap a generator to stop it's regression.
As an alternative, make regression stronger, considering it's so easy to stop.
Or, make Surge stronger: Remove the cooldown timer, or allow it to trigger with downs from killer powers; or allow it's radius to be determined by a killer's terror radius.
