Title. My friend owns the game on Steam and I can play it on the PC Microsoft Store with the PC Game Pass, so can we play together in SWF? I dont see how I would invite them since the invites in game even go through steam

Not as of right now I'm afraid, hopefully this feature will be implemented in the future, but I am afraid I do not have a timescale for this.
