November day collecting skins... Why arent they glowing??
So the portrait looks bloody awesome, I was hyped af because it was glowing so beautiful.. Then in the shop the big disappointment: no glowing. Why not bhvr? Would have been very awesome.

I got this image from Twitter. I believe you have to be in a dark area to see it glow.
Well, if that's true that would be at least something. Sadly, I can't call many dark areas atm. Basement, Hawkins upside down areas... That's it maybe?
I played in Hawkins with the frank skin, man that hand was distracting AF XD
But yes, they do glow in the dark
They do glow except dDvid he doesn't glow and in store the legion skins are green in store but in game they glow blue
