So the Nurse got nerfed recently and her addons got a rework because the Nurse was way too strong. Her range addons didn´t work properly and her fast teleport made it really unfun to play against. It was a one-sided experience of fun. She was too strong, i agree with that, even though I would say, Spirit is too strong too.

The Problem:

So, my problem is, that this nerfed version is way too bad to be good in any kind of way. In my opinion, her teleports were too strong, the cooldown makes it, that the teleport is just pure #########. I could accept it, if the Nurse would receive a cooldown for one blink, the 3 seconds. Then her movementspeed could stay the same. But in this version, the nurse without addons has absolutely no way in winning a game against more or less good survivors. 6 seconds of being slower than survivors, plus 0.5 to 1.5 seconds frenzy (2 teleports + 1 hit) thats nearly 8 seconds, of the nurse cannot reach the survivor, or at least or at least 3.5 to 4.5 seconds if you use just one blink. but than you still have to wait 6 seconds to maybe hit the survivor since it´s rly not hard to dodge her anymore.

Example:

You are in a chase, found a survivor and you start teleporting, get frenzyed. You have to wait 9 seconds since you teleported twice (to maybe hit the survivor) and started hitting and failed. So, scratchmarks are nearly gone and you have to search, but found the survivor easy cause he didn´t stop sprinting. He ran into the killer-hut. you think "i got him" start teleporting, and the first bug occurse. The Nurse doesn´t teleport in the direction she is looking at and ends up in the basement. You try to blink up again, but it doesn´t work since there you have to travel too far. another 8 seconds wasted. You are at 22 seconds wasted with nothing than blinking and waiting. You teleport up again and scratchmarks are gone now. Teleport + Frenzy, another second gone (and don´t forget about the time you need to charge up the teleport which is still too high) and what did you do? Absolutely nothing. In the meantime your ruin is gone since the totem spots are far too remindable, they finished 1 gen, and another one is at 50%. This bug (that she doesn´t teleport correctly) occurse often in maps with houses. Since you lost track of your survivor which is still not hurt so he can run to a gen and start it, you have to find a new survivor. Walking is to slow, so you use your teleport, each teleoport takes 5 seconds of your time. As if that is not enough, her teleport range was lowered (don´t know if it´s rly true, but it definitly feels like it) which makes it even worse. After 10 seconds you found a new survivor on a generator and instantly got a hit on him he runs away and you got 7.5 seconds of doing nothing. I hope you got my point after all of it. As you can see, you would have gotten like 15 seconds out of it, if you would only have to wait for one teleport. These 15 seconds are important for her to have impact.

My Suggestion:

-Teleport cooldown change: When you use your teleport and you don´t use your second teleport, you have to wait 3 seconds and you cannot use your second teleport during this time. This time cannot be lowered through addons

(if there is no change to the cooldown) - Give her movementspeed, for real, she is so slow, you cannot risk, using your teleport to look around for survivors anymore. Increse her Movementspeed to 4.2m/s (like spirit) since she is far worse than the Spirit, which is the top-killer now

-Increase her movementspeed to 4.1m/s that you are at least a bit faster than survivors

-increase her first teleport range

(don´t know what to put here, but maybe "false opinions"?)

The survivor mains would say now "no her nerf is good how it is" But these people don´t play the killer role. They don´t know, how the nurse feels to play. I am not a killer main, but I still think, killer role is more fun and challenging. The Nurse doesn´t feel rewarding to play anymore. You can compare it to the old Freddy with the difference that it´s fun to play as a survivor. You can juke her way to easy now. As the Nurse, you don´t feel like you can do much.

I´m tired and hope you can see my points. Hopefully there will be some reverts to the changes and please BE, please, stop doing things that are way over the top and try to start balance during the PTB since that is what it was made for.
