I mean it's clear you don't really understand how fixing this stuff works and how much time and people might take, but trust me not a 100% of the devs can dedicate themselves to it and some of them fixing minor bugs isn't a bad thing either. Linked cosmetics were not working as intended? They fixed it? Good for them!!!
I don't really understand people complaining that they bought sh¡tty looking linked cosmetics because they could - bug - the cosmetics to unlink them and expect this to not be fixed ever. If you want them to give you the option to unlink the cosmetics and all keep asking them via social media and maybe that will happen but you can't be so critical on them actually fixing a bug, while they've been so clear they're dedicating a lot of resources on fixing the mess of a game they have right now to deal with.
It's a hard pill to swallow but all that is left to do is either accept it as it is, b¡tch about it like a spoiled kid and/or be a sceptical d¡ck about any statement bhvr does and if it rustles your jimmies up to a point you're that frustated, move onto another game to show your discontent 👻
oh yes, then tell me how the fixing work, because if they put in the effort to fix something that had no effect on gameplay over performance or other issues, will you even be slightly happy with that?
you have no right to criticize people for buying cosmetics expecting them to have fun with the glitch or whatever, and complain to bhvr for fixing something that benefits NOBODY (unless licensed, but surely they have the brain to unlink the originals?)
and don't you even dare say "hard pill to swallow" when it's not the pill none of wanted in the first place. if it was like a nerf or buff, then fine whatever, but a cosmetic fix? stop defending the devs for fixing an 'exploit' that motivated people to get cosmetic, cause what they did is dumb even from a business perspective.

They speak. You just don't listen or don't like the response.
oh yeah they speak, but they won't hesitate to go silent when they have no answer for big problems.
you're only thinking of the time when they do, but not when they "decided" not to.

it should be changed like how everyone says it will deactivates if you interact with something
but, considering its been buffed even after the rework and zero nerf, I don't expect much to happen
-
somehow it's like the most annoying perk as a killer, but the most inconsistent exhaustion perk as a survivor. had way too many occasions where i got exhausted by slamming my face on the ground. really is a weird perk.

This is what all of my games vs console players look like. Its barely a step above the games i had under new mmr, where I was playing against Rank 15-20s exclusively. I'm running a No-Blood Fury Build, and I don't even need to bring a map offering to make sure I play on Hawkins or the Game.
This image is from my match that ended 5 minutes ago. It was on the Game map, and no gens were complete before the final hook. I patrolled gens for 2 minutes before anyone even hopped on a generator, and once people were injured, I could see them self-caring in the corner nonstop.
It is 3 days into rank reset, so I'm assuming these are all console red ranks who have not played much since reset. This is consistent with my experience in crossplay so far, and frankly it is very boring.
i believe you should be bringing up better examples cause your build is obviously not meant for healing, let alone you have that malicious add-ons that's pretty much a gg if you know what you're doing, even if you don't have self care.
not saying i don't believe you, but you know that there should be more convincing match result to prove that self care can be whack.

aside from the terrible framerate, the pc survivors has a perfect sense of not bumping into anything (especially going around the killer shack and loop) and able to fast vault 24/7 no matter the positioning, which discourage console killers of chasing anyone even as a spirit.
if you're at purple/red rank, you're going to see that like from every pc survivors.

New account: check probably a troll: check
I have SO many things to say about your bone head, but I decided not to bc it only makes myself a fool
have a nice day

worry not people, anyone with a brain will fully understand that gen rush IS a thing unless your name is freddy.
now let this post rot in oblivion, because it's not worth discussing
-
it's pretty much guaranteed that at least 1 survivor will be at white rank even against the red killer
it does spice up the game a little for me, but I doubt those new players will have any fun experience
-
it's honestly not worth taking shitt like this seriously when there's obviously survivors abusing with the very thing people ask for the buff
-
i don't need to read your essay, just you saying DS needs a buff is enough for me to say that you have NEVER experienced 4 DS and some unbreakables as a killer on a shity map
a minute is SO LONG for an anti-tunnel perk and on top of that, it's very easy to activate if you wish so.
Just get in a locker or make the killer slug you. Both choices wastes so much time for you doing nothing while the killer either has to eat the DS, or slug you when even that may not be as effective.

And as I explained - that's not possible, because of course the system would be abused to queue with a lower skilled killer to get lower skilled survivors and then swap to a stronger killer whilst in the lobby.
And please refrain from the passive aggressive sarcastic comments towards me, it's not needed. I am explaining why they are locked and the reasoning as to why it will stay like that.
Don't see anything wrong with 'abusing' the system as a red rank killer, cause it won't make any difference whatsoever and I know it.
Why? Got a match with 3-4 sweaty SWFs against my leatherface when he has been my worst killer for the past 2 years, and it's only the second time I used him since the rework.

To all those who said something like "only way for us to win is for survivors to make mistakes".. I'm just... Idk.. Are you really so insecure about your own abilities that you think you are unable to turn a chase or the game in your favor unless the opposite team makes a mistake? That really just means, again, you need more experience, it has nothing to do with them being op.
"it has nothing to do with them being op"? let me tell you that you don't have the experience as a killer if you just can't admit that survivors are forever be on the op player side

@Mandy said:
Because Survivors are just skins, their skill level is the same regardless of what character they play. That's not true with Killers obviously.
And the Killer still has the option to change perks, add ons and offerings in the lobby so it's only the character that's locked in, not your full loadout.
yeah thanks captain obvious, you've made it clear that you can change loadouts as a killer
now, would it really hurt if I can switch the killers depending on what they're holding since survivors are always on the upper hand? pretty sure that's the argument here.

Even new, terrible survivors spam tbag/point cause a youtuber was doing it and they thought it was funny. It's not funny it deters so many new players/killers from playing cause it's not longer fun. It is just rage inducing. It literally only spreads more toxicity. It would easily turn a sportsmanlike killer into a tunneling/camping player.
if you see them, just tunnel and kill them.
no reason for your anger be on this thread instead of the very survivors who tbaged you
if it's an exit gate tbag, eat it up. you're gonna see that all the time.
-
can't you tell the difference between butchering down the killer worse than nurse and making the killer strong yet balanced like TS oni? Cause I'm fcking sure no one prefers the former when the nerf gets this bad, and that's where all the complaints are coming from.
-
Leave it to the BHVR being a pussy on making an decent/game changing rare add-ons ever since demo boi.
-
I've seen a really great idea from someone on youtube comment on how to balance the swf
It's simply by not having a SINGLE PERK ever be the same as what the other survivor has, meaning if someone has DS, no one else in the party can have DS. (Of course, other groups or solo survivor aren't affected.) By this, the more people there are, the more creative thinking requires for their perk slots, so chances are only one guy can have unbreakable, dead hard, BT, and DS.
Only thing is, I highly doubt the devs can make such system in the game so I cannot expect this come in reality.
-
The thing for the survivor is that they have a chance of getting the flashlight, medkit and the cake meanwhile the only event stuff you get as a killer is the cake. As a survivor you will often see the scenario of only getting a flashlight and medkit, even at lvl 50 bloodweb. Event item is cool an all, but at the end everyone prefers the cake.

Noed in bubba; you deserve to get bullied
As if fixing gens aren't the easiest thing to do compare to the old ruin, you're whining on noed? Life must be tough for a yellow rank survivor.

@SquirrelKnight said:
Did they seriously nerf his cages? He was barely released and they took away massive amounts on information 😑😑
Lets be real though, how often do you cage someone in the game? Cause I don't, I'd rather (and I do) save that torment for the struggle phase unhook and have a ez mori. Making survivor step on torment isn't the hardest thing ever, but it's definitely not something you can expect to happen every time so you might as well think that it's a one-time thing for each survivor.
But we can all agree that this was really an unnecessary change, it just doesn't even give PH any benefit as an whole.
