Number 3. No. Is basically useless and very few would every use if ever.
1. Killer can just destroy the pallet causing the perk to be useless. I only had it in mind for when killers leave dropped pallets. 2. Grunts sure, movement I had in mind for extra stealth. Normal dying state crawling speed is slow af. 3. I'd use it. Low ranks are farming frenzies my dude. I'd rather die on a hook and kick a farmer in the face then allow a farmer to try and get points off of me.
