• I'm currently facing the same issue, and made a post about it. I can't get through a single round without DCing. I'm NA East as well. The only time I've been able to get through matches without a DC is when I switched to a NA West server via LagoFast, and after two matches even that caused my game to crash and it got flagged by EAC.

• Unfortunately a direct connection with an Ethernet cable isn't ideal at the moment.

  So, my spouse was able to play several rounds on their PC account (same PC) with no disconnects. I have not been able to get through a single match without DCing (I'm noticing this happens whenever I am unhooking someone, or right after I am unhooked, if that matters) and this is happening within the first few minutes of any round I'm playing. Currently I am waiting out a 6 hour matchmaking ban, and I'm not sure if it's even worth getting back on at this point.
