  • The problem with eliminating looping is that it seriously affects the meta of the game. If you're going to eliminate looping then you can also get rid of whispers, BBQ and Chili, strider, and any other perk that gives away a survivors location. Steath doesn't work if you have perks that show you where they are.

Better yet, let's eliminate perks all together. Then it's pure skill against skill. But don't ######### about people hiding in lockers and being difficult to find.

Much like several other people here I've played against pure stealth survivors ones who hide and stop doing gens when I'm dominating a match. It sucks.

The other problem with no looping is from a survivor's stand point. Once you're found, you have no chance of escape. The killers are faster and I can't do anything to get away. To eliminate looping you would have to remove every structure in the game including all pallets. After all any of those things can be looped. You would have to increase the fog so that you can't see someone that's further away then your terror radius.

All of this sounds awful. Practice your looping. You're gonna lose a lot. But you will eventually get better. If you don't learn from your mistakes then you're a worse player than we all think.

  • I'm rank 6-8 typically. Ever since the double bloodpoint event started I've been tunneled every game. Not just got pulled from the hook in a dangerous way. More like a killer proxy camping a hook and ignoring everyone else and still coming after me.

  • My biggest issue with the lag, is that it makes me not want to play the game. That or I feel like I'm getting cheated due to the hit detection being off for my character. My ps4 friends have run into pallets not being thrown or have zero effect. Not getting hits as killers, getting pallet stunned a few feet past the pallet. Having the game slow down to a crawl.

If the lag continues through the double bloodpoint event or the entire Halloween event I sure hope the devs make special consideration for ps4 users. I could rake in several million bloodpoints during the double bloodpoint event. At the very least they should compensate the ps4 players. But it would be great if the ps4 users get their own double bloodpoint event after the lag is fixed. But that's probably a pipe dream.

Bots will be complained about soon instead

The developers made it clear in the last live stream that they have no intention of bringing bots to the consoles and pc.

  • I see several arguments about how it would make the game pay to win. The problem with this argument is that some of the darkest outfits, the best to hide with, are already ones you need to buy. Most cost about 90 auric cells. But many you need to piece together and are nowhere near as cheap.

I too would like more variety of darker outfits to hide from the killer. Yeah, I know blendettes can be a pain in the ass to find. But as you learn to be a better killer you learn where to look for them.

  • Yeah. Not only did this happen to me several times with several killers, I actually thought it was a cheat or something. The first time it happened it was with the same survivor multiple times. Where as other survivors it was a non issue.

    I was playing on ps4.

    Killers used, Freddy and Doctor.

    Several maps.

    Multiple survivors.

  • If they could not make him too op, Nemesis from Resident Evil could be cool.

Dracula/Vampire, Werewolf, the Mummy could all be cool. I think a Werewolf would be the coolest. Tgere is so much you could do with him. He could howl when in wolf form or at the start of the match. He could have a tracking ability based on smell or a 4 legged sprint or charge. He could transform like Oni. I think a werewolf could be a welcomed change from the usual killers.

I will always vote Frank Cotton over pinhead. (He's the guy who opens the box, pinhead is just the face we all know.)

But on a more general note, I'd love to see a quadrupedal killer. Like a giant dog or predatory animal. A killer that moves and attacks differently would be awesome.

Maybe something with a full-body jump, so you could have ranged attacks at the expense of accuracy. Like, letting nurse and huntress have a baby, lol.

Although, Frank opens the box he only brings people to the box to try and control it. Pinhead on the other hand relishes in killing and torturing people. His hook chains could be traps, hold people like Pyramid head's cages. I feel like the cenobites are much better killers. Pinhead obviously the leader of the Cenobites.

For me I think I’d want to add in The Alien from the Alien franchise! I think it would be insanely cool to have a giant alien chasing you down with face huggers and acid saliva. Heck one of the perks could be where the Alien dips down into quadrapetal sprint. Another cool idea for them would to have the eggs as a sort of trap that when a survivor messes with them a face hugger pops out onto them!

I Thought this as well, but the biggest problem with the alien is mobility. The Alien is known for being able to climb any surface and jump massive hight or distance. How would you attack? Claws, tail, face hugger? What perks would you have? How would those perks affect the rest of the game?

I used to think the Alien would be awesome, predator as well. Once you start thinking about the details do you realize how game breaking a certain killer/survivor could be.

If they could figure out how to give Pinhead his justice I would like to see him.

Predator has his own game, Alien is owned by the same company so I would expect to see the Alien appear there first/only.

Jason is on a lot of wish lists. He will only appear if they get permission from both parties of the Lawsuit. The main reason the Friday the 13th game has never been updated is due to the Lawsuit.

The problem is not which killers/survivors you want. It's how will they affect the balance of the rest of the game. How can we do the killer justice and not break the game.

  • For me when the game is good, it's great. But when the game is bad, it's awful.

Now let me explain myself before I get destroyed by comments. I don't mind losing to someone who is my skill level and out played me. Better at looping, mind games, gens/kills ect.

When matchmaking is good or fair to all, wait times are 5-10 mins or less and hit boxes are accurate. I'm fine and love the game.

However, when my swf of friends ranks 15-8 run into nothing but rank 1 killers for 6 hours. When I get downed from a window attack 10 ft from the window, when I'm waiting 20+ mins for a match and get stuck in the environment. Yeah, don't have fun.

I also don't have fun when I, a rank 13 killer get paired with nothing but red and purple ranked survivors, yeah don't have fun.

Nobody likes getting steam rolled. No one likes long wait times and unfair hit boxes. No one likes things that are unfair and beyond your control.

I love playing this game.....when it works.

  • Camping happens often between ranks 20-13 ish. Newer players are often trying to get confirmed kills. When I first started playing as killer I too would camp. Especially, if I was getting destroyed by the survivors. That person on the hook might be the only person I hooked.

Tunneling happens with every rank I've played against. It does happen less frequently in purple and red ranks. But it still happens. Red rank killers often assume you're running Decisive Strike and will either slug you or not tunnel.

Having played both sides there are varying degrees of tunneling. There is going after the easy down, but still attacking someone else. Then there is ignoring everyone to tunnel the one person. I've tried to body block a killer from tunneling and gotten ignored completely.

Proxy camping and face camping I understand less at higher ranks. In theory you should know better or know how to play better. As much as it sucks for the person on the hook, I just rush gens and win that way.

  • You can't just give that to killers only. As a survivor I would want to know if I'm going up against a vastly over powered killer.

I play both killer and survivor. If I can see someone's level with one, I'd want to see the levels of all.
