I find new Ruin to be a pretty effective perk with Nurse's mobility, and I pretty much always have BBQ + Shadowborn equipped. The fourth slot changes around sometimes between Infectious Fright, Make Your Choice, Devour Hope, and a couple others. Lately, though, I've been liking Whispers as my fourth perk.
Cosmetic-wise, I mainly run full legacy, but sometimes I change it up with bloody prestige or the black wedding outfit.

Dead Hard against a Nurse is just a get out of jail free card for boosted survivors who don’t know how to juke properly.

I love Nurse, but I don’t know if I would play her as often anymore without range/cooldown addons. Her base kit nerf was pretty unnecessary, and having a 6 second cooldown on top of fatigue and a huge number of glitches/deadzones can make playing her a headache nowadays. Still, I’d say she’s my only real main in DBD.

I go after the Meg first because she’s the first one I downed of the three (in case she had unbreakable). After she hit me with DS, both the Cheryl and the Claudette picked themselves up (one with unbreakable and the other with soul guard two different times).
