  • It would be really nice to load into a practice lobby and test out a bunch of stuff with out the need to throw a real match. League of Legends has a really nice practice tool where you can refresh ability cooldowns, spawn target dummies etc..

Loading into custom lobbies with a friend is always fun just to check out the details of maps, but it would be neat to be able to do it by yourself.

Thank you for the feedback! Any suggestions for how I can make them better?

Here's how I would change them. Maybe not so attached to the original themes, but just simple ideas for fun!

Rokos Basilisk: After hitting a survivor they are affected by the blindness status for 40 seconds. After the blindness runs out, the survivor will scream and you can see the auras of other survivors in 16/24/32 meters of the survivor.

Cartesian Demon: Injured survivors will occasionally hear fake skill checks. Moderately increases the chances of injured survivors to have skill checks going in the opposite direction.

Prisoners Dilemma: An additional chest will spawn in the basement. If a survivor opens this chest, they will suffer from the oblivious status for 60 seconds. You can see the auras of survivors interacting with chests within 24/32/40 meters.

Achilles Tortoise: Upon taking a protection hit for another survivor, the killer will be slowed to 100% for 5/10/15 seconds. You do not receive the speed boost from protection hits.

The Chinese Room: Injured survivors sounds and auras are hidden from other survivors for 30/60/90 seconds

  • For a power that has such low lethality its very odd that the power doesn't refill its charges over time like other killers. I mean look at Leatherface, he chases and if it lands its a down. Wait a little and he can do it again. If a clown plays well with his bottles he gets a hit but then has no power and its often times better to just chase without bottles. Please give the sad happy boy some love.

  • It would be pretty wonderful to see IT in the game one day, but I wonder if it would work since DBD already has a killer clown of their own.

  • Totems offer a way to counter play and negate otherwise too powerful perks. They spawn in relatively easy to find areas and require the killers to spend time away from gens if they want to protect them. In short there is no great need to offer more ways to counter these totems, inner strength provides a bonus for survs who choose to cleanse them and i'm sure more perks will come as they are a core mechanic.

  • I really like the philosophical background to these perks, but most as they are right now are a bit too complicated making them not only difficult to understand, but also really hard to make work. Good concepts though, i'd be interested to see how you would simplify them.

  • I find that they are a fun idea, but they really REALLY need to be secret for them to have a practical effect that will keep players guessing on both sides

  • I don't believe removing an item from a survivor to be a really strong ability as items help survivors but are definitely not their strongest point. Keys are a different issue altogether but its already confirmed they are getting altered in the future.

  • I don't think survivors dying on first hook is a bad thing, players shouldn't be rewarded for getting hooked imo. However, I do agree there should be some bonus for survivors struggling while being face camped because it really isn't fun. Something like "struggling in the face of evil" or something to reward players bonus blood who keep struggling despite the killer being directly in front of them.
