Ghostface (full prestige - the body for best stealth) - STBFL, Devour hope, BBQ, PGTW.
This build stomps on bullies as long as you get them exposed with devour after you get 6 tokens of STBFL. Suddenly they become alot less ballsy.

Survivor: MoM, WGLF, Self care and Breakout - I love MoM and never had breakout before but with breakout taking hits while someone's being carried is so much better, I love when killers are confused when I don't go down due to MoM.
Killer: Do it all fast wraith - Two speed action add ons, Bamboozle, brutal strength, STBFL and BBQ (since no fire up) I love this, send me to dead dawg and watch me open up the map instantly. Or another contender is skill check Legion - Iri button and Stolen sketchbook add ons, Huntresses lullaby, Unnerving, undying, PGTW. Easily the funniest build once you get those Huntress lullaby tokens then your gonna have a good time when you frenzy.

Survivor: David King, I like David cause he's bri'ish like me so that I guess, plus I generally like his bruiser feel he has about himself.
Killer: Legion, has some of the coolest cosmetics around aswell as his power to juggle teams really makes him fit for me, I love knowing where everyone is and knowing they are probably mending giving me leeway to not worry about gens while chasing.

I'd say it varies for everyone, I Legion, GF and Pig so these do affect my maps, here's my top one and bottom one.
Top - Midwich, Personally one of my top maps, I know many people don't like it, personally I love this map with a passion, aesthetic and darkness really makes it my top map.
Worse - Autohaven wreckers, hate it hate it hate it hate it

Favourite:
Legion - I like legion's ability to screw people in bad area's, plus people always get cocky against him in my opinion so you can catch them off guard alot. Plus IMO legion has the best cosmetics in the game, my personal favorite to use is Chimeric Horde.
Pig - BOOP DA SNOOT, plus I hate gen rushers and her power is a big ######### you to Gen rushers. Plus her dash is fun.
Ghostface - I like to use his power not to stalk (although i still do it) but rather to be very aggressive and unpredictable in loops, plus I like how he holds his weapon.
Least favourite:
Oni - I'm console, need i say more. (although he is fun when I do well.)
Nurse - I don't like how slow she is and blinks are a pain in the ass.
Huntress - I'm console and i find her slightly smaller speed is pretty detrimental, although if I do manage to start doing well she'd easily go up, but sadly im gonna have to wait till MMR otherwise other red ranks will bully me.

I utterly fell in love with I'm all ears, it can lead to some good moments where you catch the survivor's off guard, my favourite times to use it being on Crotus prenn where they go window and I go upstairs to snipe them with my lunge.

If you give up in a failing match you just haven't got the right killer mindset, I'm a red rank killer and you'll be down right wrong if I got their by moaning and bitching and sitting in a corner, I got bullied, I got dunked on but ######### it if I didn't try my best and you know what? I got to red rank, I play some of the lesser killers and I didn't get there by giving up, stop blaming survivor's for your problems, they do what they do, you just gotta ######### em up harder otherwise you'll never get to the right mindset, Bad matches can still be retrieved and won, remember that.

@SilentHillOnDvD I hate to disagree but I find legion to be extremely good, if you are a good legion most chases end after the first hit because you feral'd earlier, I recently got to the red ranks as a killer for the first time and I mainly played legion with a bit of GF and pig mixed in (Had Oni but due to console it's extremely hard to play so not anymore) And I ran some odd perks on him (Ruin, PGTW, discordance and Blood echo) and if your able to have at least two other survivors injured or deep wounded then you can easily win from the reliance of exhaustion perks that due to blood echo just aren't there anymore.

Well personally I would think of some changes such as:
DS: reduced timer to 30/35/40 (I see this as justified due to pgtw nerf)
Undying: Instead of moving the hex around it will instead move that hex onto itself, destroying undying and replacing it with the destroyed hex.
OoO: Survivor starts with 15/20/25 seconds, these seconds indicate how long they can look at the killer and the killer can see them, meaning they have to be alot more careful with their use.
Dead hard: No longer makes you invincible during the lunge (it doesn't anyway, exhausted on ground gang), however, the lunge distance is increased but is also slightly slower than a lunge.
Iron Will: Stops the killer from hearing your injured breaths by 100% but only while walking and crouching, while running it's only reduced by half that value.
Ruin: Regression is only while generator is not in the killers terror radius and is reduced to 50%/100%/150%, while in killers terror radius instead it works like old ruin, this means that they can kick it aswell with let's say pop or oppresion.
NOED: All survivors suffer from the exposed status effect, however, the killer now instead moves at 2/3/4% slower speed.
These are just some ideas off the top of my head for some nerfs for both survivor meta perks and killer meta perks.
