Indeed..I'd like you to look at the first clip..that was half a charge for what is a medium chainsaw by Billy standards..then look at clip two..less than ten seconds of rev to overheat the saw with a cooldown of over 15 seconds on the accelerated cd..meaning the normal cd is much longer..now..imagine you rev across the map..find a guy..try to mind game a pallet..your meter will be near full from just that..that's huge..means your screwed if you miss even one shot
Ur cd goes much slower when sniping

You're free to be wrong along with the devs.
No one asked for the nerf, which means it was not needed. Which means it was done for either no reason, or that reason was to continue appeasing Survivor mains.
just because no one asked for the nerf doesn’t mean it was not needed. Just like how no one talks about a bubba buff anymore but they finally did it. Ur probably a billy main that’s sad and can’t handle change

I’m not trying to dictate crap. I’m putting my reasoning out there to start a conversation about the state and future state of the game. This may surprise you but even tho I’m a survivor main i still want what’s good for the game. I love the bubba buff and bubbas one of my favorite killers. I just think the nerf is fine it has nothing to do with winning easier
