I forgot to mention, purposefully letting the gen go makes you lose all stacks.

Not what I'm saying. I'm saying if you don't have the Clown at atleast level 10, you shouldn't get the Mori daily ritual for the Clown. Everything else stays the same. But if your only killer that's above level 10 is the Nurse, then yes there is a higher chance to get the Mori ritual for her. But the %chance you get it stays the same as there are plenty of other daily rituals you can get.
