I have seen Billy slug 4 players all on different parts of the map. Once the survivors start getting up other survivors, they move closer and closer together making slugging even easier.

Oni can also slug at about the same level as Billy. He just has to get the initial buildup, after that, he just goes on a slugging frenzy.

It's also arguable that Nurse and potentially Myers has good slugging potential.

Nurse for her high mobility and no collision with walls.

And maybe Myers because of his instadown, but he's still the survivors ######### on good setups because at the end of the day, he is just an M1 killer

There are other killers that can get a good snowball going because of their abilities

Either by being damaged, surge, ruin or whatever. If a gen is blocked by the entity does it stop regressing or it just stays at its same %?

No, they don't. I still don't get why people still do Ruin and Thrilling.

It's why perks such as Cheryls perk to block a gen exist.

  • I disagree with the Wraith change because being fully invisible also makes it stupid for the Wraith player

I don't know how to feel about that legion change because I wanted an increase to his base duration

Hag has enough traps, and you're wasting too much time setting up that many traps since she is 110

I'd like to see a 115 Huntress with a bigger cooldown on hatchet throws or less hatchets, faster reload with the 115 movement speed

I really like Combat Straps, so it'll be interesting to see what it would be like to see it in the base kit

With Freddy, I like that,It will for sure make him less likely to spam puddles.

I disagree with that Clown change because it's not that hard to throw a bottle to slow them down and then hit them with the bottle.

I'd like to see his recovery addons get tweaked along with that change.

So changes, and changes again, most people seem to be happy how they’re at least trying EXCEPT I keep seeing “please fix his addons,” can anyone posting this give me a specific example of what they want?

Becaude every time I read that I imagine they’re asking to have stacking charge addons and insta saw back...

So if you’re still upset about addons, but you don’t wanna admit you rely on insta saw when you play Billy give me examples of what you would hope for?

I'd say the addons needing change are Tuning Guide, Thompsons Mix, and Primer Bulb.

I said this previously in another post that these 3 addons makes his engravings addons Too easy to use, and if they're used together, commonly Tuning Guide and Thompsons Mix, makes it very unfun because along with the instant charge time, if he misses, he can reuse his saw.

His Engravings are fine, I wouldn't consider touching them. It was those addons that made it feel like some of the other hillybilly mains were not as good.

  • While I agree this version of DS is not great, it's a band-aid fix to tunneling.

It's surprising how often killers will tunnel without an obsession.

Though tunneling is considered completely unfun, it can sometimes be the right play if you want to make it a 3v1 late into the game.

Being hit by a 59 second DS is always the worst feeling in the word. It can be "how did I tunnel?", while in other situations you did "tunnel".

Should tunneling be punished? I don't know, all I know is that I don't find it fun because I'm often left in a bad position, and my teammates usually don't run BT so I don't get another way to position myself better.

  • In my opinion, you can trade out noed or ruin for another perk, maybe a chase perk to help end chases much faster. I'm not saying Noed is bad or good, but I was never a fan of those perks playing as killer myself. Ruin encourages the survivors to stay on gens instead of doing small things like totems, chests, or even just wanting you to chase them because they're bored. With noed, you have to wait until the very end of the game, and I'm willing to bet that you didn't make any of them use their unbreakable before you can 4 slug using Noed. DiscoDance is generally a good tracking perk, but I like Whispers more just because it's less annoying and I can find people alone at a gen.

That said, the most you can do is to improve your chase/mindgames (a good tip is to avoid mindgaming Too hard. sometimes holding W makes it generally unexpected), be able to know when to leave a chase, and be able to know when you can slug (however, slugging seems really unlikely unless they're not good enough to run you properly.

Though I don't know what killer you're playing as, so I can't give you as much advice as I want to.

It's also an endless cycle that either side will bring their builds they consider the "best" because the "Other Side" plays unfun.

  • @LetsPlayTogether

I also main billy, and it can be easy to slug at 5 gens as Any killer really. Though the conditions sometimes are: Are the Survivors grouped together? Are the Survivors playing altruistically? Did the survivors play tiles wrong that allow you to down them and go for another survivors? Did the survivor get caught at an open area?

Usually if I can 4 slug, it's due to someones poor positioning and lack of attention during a loop. Although IF makes it significantly easier to 4-slug, it's still very possible to 4 slug as any killer without it, so long as they play like they did following the conditions.

Billy only appears as one of the best sluggers because he is a great snowballer, similar to Nurse and Oni.

You may argue, "Oni earns his power", but it is easily refutable to say Oni becomes much easier than Billy because he facerides walls, flicks much easier, and can go after survivors faster than the billy. He plays loops so much easier than the Hillbilly can.
