Decreases The Hag's terror radius to 0 metres when a survivor triggers a phantasm trap
Increases a Mud Phantasm's Terror Radius to 20 meters for the tripped Phantasm Trap Duration
The survivors who are in the mud phantasm's terror radius will suffer from the blindess status effect for 35 seconds
Next up is...Bloodhound!
Buff- You can see the aura of a pool blood 1 second before it disappears within 6 meters
Nerf- Blood is made a darker but still unmistakeable colour like purple or blue would be cool

Damn it, I love Retribution. Alright, fine...
Survivors cleansing a Dull Totem suffer from the
ObliviousExhausted Status Effect for 35/40/45 seconds. After cleansing a Hex Totem, the Auras of all Survivors are revealed to you for 10 seconds. The cleanser's aura is not revealed.
Let's do one related to this perk. The Deathslinger.
I have so much i want to say about slinger but ill leave it at this
Buff-Make it so deathslinger can drag people over pallets even if it breaks his chain extreamley fast and if they dont make it fully over they stay on the other side
Nerf-I really want this to be fixed because its a bug that became a feature that hurts the game. Make it so survivers can still sway the chain left and right while the deathslingers holding S and backing up

The Auras of Survivors who are healing or being healed are revealed to you when they are within 20/26/32 metres of range.
Dark Devotion
The terror radius the survivor emits should not be limited to 32 meters.

My question is if rank 1 is different from 2, 3 and 4 in a way that you need more points.
no its by colours

#1 was Fractured Cowshed as Myers and he got a 2K. 3 OoO. Not bad, all things considered.
#2 was Ormond as Wraith and he got a 1K. I don't know the number of hooks or anything, but...it's Ormond. Ormond sucks.
#3 was Rotten Fields as Plague and he got a 3K. Not exactly a loss now is it?
This title gets an F from me.
Also Otz doesn't really main anyone and is more focused on helping everyone else get good at the game, or going off and trying to find what works best on all the killers. He's more of a jack of all trades kind of guy IMO. I don't really consider him to be that incredible mechanics-wise, nor do I expect him to be (that's not meant to be offensive, that's just how specializing vs not specializing generally works). Super coordinated SWFs that only play survivor and run meta builds should beat him reliably, unless they aren't playing in full optimal tryhard mode.
Otz is human and i dont think showing a video of him proves anything but your statement
Super coordinated SWFs that only play survivor and run meta builds should beat him reliably
is extremely true and its kinda sad because none of that has too do with being great at the core gameplay i mean i know from my own experience with the game only watching 1/4 of the video, his survivors consistently made mistakes probably because they where not trying as hard as they could have, its a good example of why i think the term power role still applies to DBD because I think most of the killers need to make less mistakes than survivors assuming they have coordination which is not a skill imo.

It takes more to in emblems to get the merciless and the others have the bar raised too

Guaranteed if there was a bug that affected how killers could hit survivors you'd see a lot more complaining.
That's the same as saying if gens couldn't be touched because of a bug and survivors couldn't escape there would be more complaining...…

Its annoying and although it wouldn't be wrong to say its not a high priority issue its been a low priority issue since the game came out tbh so i kinda wanna see bhvr do something by now

I somewhat disagree with you, the rest of the tierlist is fine but Trickster now belongs in C- he isnt the worst (unless you are a console player) and i tried him without addons he is somewhat bad but with Fizz Spin Soda you can get a 2k.
The issues I have with him that put him in trapper tier is how because he is 110 and using his power slows him against a good team he cant force pallets the same way as the basic M1s and his time efficiency just cant justify it. He also has a weaker snowball than trapper. Hes like a jack of all trades master of none but jack would imply he's average at them, unfortunately he's not so I cant see him as better than any of the other killers RN assuming your facing really good suvs. He is completely fine and viable most games like any killer so I don't mean to trash on him I just have to put someone at the bottom and I think its him.

It feels so weird to see Wraith higher than Hillbilly.
Lots of people are sleeping on him because he's had a history of being bad but rn he is in the strongest state he's ever been in

Because survivors run the same 4-5 perks and the meta is stale
You can say they are "too powerful" but killer also has strong perks, so survivors should also be allowed strong perks too.
Both sides should have strong perks and both sides should be able to have variety.
Killer perks are kinda irrelevant and you cant really equate the survivors perceived lack of meta perks with something on the killer side of the game because of how different killers interact with their perks is unlike how survivors do because what's good and how many perks are good is depended on what killer you play.
Eg
-STBFL demo on compared to STBFL on nurse
-Sloppy on a wraith v Sloppily on a legion
they doesn't even need to be bad for their to be a difference in how you use a perk
-Whispers on Ghostface v Whispers on Plague, because of how it can give you a free down off the start if used correctly on GF
If anything i think the killer Meta is stale as hell but its hidden by the different killers and how they interact with perks
BBQ + Ruin or Pop + ? + ?
Unfortunately because all survivors play the same way and there's 4 more of them so their perks kind of have to be toned down in impact at least compared to the killer perks, I don't think the killer and survivor perk situations will ever be comparable.
I'm not writing this to say that there shouldn't be strong survivor perks even if I believe they cant ever be as impactful as killer perks for balance reasons its more so that killer and survivor perk situations cannot really be compared fairly in terms of having strength and variety because they will never have the same variety unfortunately and they cannot have the same strength.

Survivors have had their meta pretty well defined for years now. All of the top perks now are the same ones used years ago. I took a 2 year break and didn't change my David King build and noticed that most people in my games were running most of the same build I was running.
I just dont think there are very many options left for "meta"perks for survivors that aren't totally busted. The survivor meta has stayed the same for a longgggg time and I don't see it changing much ever. There are the few random perks that get some use but most of the older ones are still used the most
I guess i can empathise with them. I would like to see a lot more aggressive balance changes across the board on both the weaker killers getting buffs and stronger killers getting nerfs to mix up the game play as well but i don't want to see the metas get changed by just making stronger things supplant whats already good in the game.

Only fun on hag and nurse :(

Problem is they can’t really make killer stronger since then solos will suffer greatly
Honestly they need to give survives way more info during game to close the gap between swfs and solos then just buff the weaker killers aggressively like how they did with wraith. Its more of an issue that no matter what they do if they just flat buff a role too much in one update... well you can imagine how that would go down with this community even if it was just a lot of minor stuff.

This is true, I think the real issue is that spirit has no transferable skills to other killers as in what you have to learn to do on spirit wont help you when you want to play something else so a lot of purple/green players, this is just an example, may pick her up hit red and then not be able to play the other killers ergo the "OnLy SpIrIt Is ViAbLe" crowd comes from + because she and nurse are genuinely in a tier of their own that against the true top 1% people who think this way feel like their view is being validated when they probably are not struggling against the top 1% but haven't went through DBDs full learning curve.
-
if 2 killers are in the same tier the ones that I consider better are further left.
