I missed it originally when I read it, but I watched the Otz video on the original post, and found out the next update won't be what the PTB is testing out. My statement stands if if/when it gets added, it's the exact same as what they are proposing in the PTB notes.

Didn't know the bullet points on the list would show up and since they didn't when editing so I added the - on all of them so now it kinda looks goofy lmao

Been playing with this for over a month now as killer and I'm just about to be done playing even if the new perk changes are good, I just can't take it anymore. I'm grinding out the anniversary event but if this doesn't get fixed I'm genuinely going to quit until they push out the solution. Nothing is more infuriating than being in a chase for as long as you have to be and then it's extended 10x because of rubberbanding followed by the survivor flashlight clicking and tbagging on the other side of the vault thinking that you were the one that made the mistake and not the game itself just throwing your chances of winning out the door

I can't even remember the last time I ran Shadowborn.
Maybe I'll stick it into an intense tracking build just for a joke build for 2-3 matches one of these days.

I've never used it, ever.
I don't find the default killer FOV awkward to play with, and if anything when I watch other people use it it looks disorienting to me because I'm not used to it.
Even with monitor it's a bit awkward for me sometimes with the increased FOV but if I'm running it I'm running it for the terror radius, not the FOV.
Understandable, I just wanted to see what everyone's opinions were on it to see if my argument of adding an FOV slider to the game would be widely beneficial if several people got nauseous when playing without it, just as I do. I think it would be a healthy change for the game considering as how most games nowadays have at least 100 - 120 FOV as an option it could be very disorienting for people to hop into this game from others and I could see how it would drive others away from playing as well. A nice change of quality of life along with helping others that actually need it. Plus it would be great to have a perk rework for Wraith and Doc considering as to how F tier all of their perks are.

i wish there was just a killer fov slider, it really is not much of an advantage, for sure not one that's worth an entire perk slot but god i just do not like the default fov at all.
Exactly, there are like 2 FOV perks, Wraith needs a perk rework since the other two nobody runs literally ever, plus Monitor and Abuse would be used just as much if they had just the terror radius thing and they could just replace the FOV part with something like reducing blinding effects by 3%/5%/8% or whatever ya know

THE COOKIES ARE THE BEST
It's just so good, I really missed out on the game for years since all I knew was that I got sick when playing DX

I also have several level 40 killers including Wraith that have only level 2 Shadowborn which is a bummer lol

No. In no way should control be taken away from the Killer to make Survivors happy.
I'm a killer main don't worry, I only play survivor when friends want to play with me, that would just be funny to see lol

1: Bubba's facecamping is a problem, but the rest of the things you just listed are what make him a fun killer, because he's actually pretty good when played more "normally" while being a killer you can dodge and evade if you're on the ball. Those things are fun!
2: This game hasn't been a hide and seek game for a loooooong time. It's more about the chase and has been for quite a while, since long before I started playing. Being immersed and hiding in a corner just doesn't work out for you all the time anymore.
3: Nurse has issues with her core design but I would have to disagree that it's because she's "unfun". It's more that she has a chokehold on balance for a lot of perks and core mechanics, unless you're going against a god Nurse she's plenty interactive.
4: I understand where you're coming from on this, but DS is the wrong call. Something like Borrowed Time would be a better fit for a basekit anti-tunnel measure, with some tweaks, which is apparently what they're looking at!
5: The emblem system already rewards players who perform well but die, so I'm not sure what you mean by this one?
Best change possible, if Bubba stays in or around basement when two more survivors are hooked there for too long he goes into his fury that he does when he hits a wall and automatically leaves the area.
