Pretty cool idea and really cool perks. I wouldn’t mind swing this in the game, however what would he look like, and what’s his m1 weapon?
I'm thinking his weapon would be a random piece of scrap metal or a broken metal pipe, something you would see in a scrapheap or junkyard and he would hold it in his left hand. He throws his explosives with his mechanical right arm. As for general appearance, I see him as being kind of tall but lanky, showing off the effects of being captured for several months and not being properly fed. And he would look kind of grungy, like ripped torn clothes, unclean and dirty face. The way I'm kind of envisioning him is like the character David from the last of us, but with a mechanical right arm and left leg and I see the style of the arm and leg as having a steampunk kind of theme, with like some steam hissing off the joints, nuts and bolts visible, something you can see as being put together from scrap parts. And instead of breathing as you hear with most killers or some kind of sound effect when they move, I'm thinking the steam hissing off his mechanical limbs as being his sounds.
This is David from the last of us, but I see the demolitionist as being even worse for wear with the mechanical limbs not covered by clothes completely. Such that the left pant leg is ripped above the knee and the entire right sleeve is gone.

This concept is rather interesting, but what would be the physical form of the killer? Since it's a program on a computer that's self-aware, would it create a robotic frame to house its consciousness, or would it be pure electrical energy floating around, or something else entirely? The concept itself is really well done, but I can't really envision this killer as being scary or creepy in the sense of this game. Plus no real physical form to hook survivors

I like the idea of a smaller closed off map mode, but my rendition to that is maybe a trial type match. You start off in a very small area and survivors have to complete 1 of 3 gens to unlock a second larger area where you now have to fix 2 gens of 4 to unlock a third even larger area where you need to fix 3 of 5 gens. In the end, you wind up fixing 6 gens and progress through an increasing sized map. Maybe, you can access previous areas and all gens are spaced throughout the entire map, or each area has its own set of gens and once all players have moved on to the next area, the previous area closes off (maybe to counter people wasting time in previous area, killer gets stunned for a period of time and survivors have to make it to the next area before that timer runs out and the entity takes them, and then killer gets teleported to the farthest point away from next area's entrance?). Like LordziPL said, this would be more of a pro type match, given the circumstances of the match.

Your Never Leaving perk seems like it has a high counter for it. Most likely, survivors will be put into the dying state 3 times, once for each time it takes to kill them on the hook. I would change it to 3/2/1 instead of 4/3/2 because unless you're one of those killers that leaves survivors on the ground to chase others, having the first tier be so high would kind of put people off from using it. Just my opinion from how long I've been playing and seeing so few killers that leave survivors on the ground for extended periods of time.

I don't think another exposed status effect perk is what the game needs considering killers with instant down abilities or add-ons along with perks that do that too such as NOED or Make Your Choice. Some other adverse effect instead of becoming exposed could work but there are too many exposing elements in the game as is and with this perk, it could make killers even more OP

It seems decently interesting, but with krueger being a licensed killer and all, I don't think this would be a viable character considering this is the same as krueger but on a much smaller scale along with some of these perks being similar to ones in the game already. Maybe restructure the whole priest thing to deal with a cult or something rather than a pedophile like krueger

I do play a lot of this game. Currently, I just reached survivor rank 3 for this season and I do consider myself pretty good at the game in that I can usually predict the movements of the killer since most have BBQ and Chili or some other aura reading ability that mess with survivors. And my killer skills aren't too bad either even though I don't play them that often, usually Pig or Doctor, but I can usually get 3 kills. And I really do like the game! The fact that there is so much lore to the game itself and each individual character along with the uniqueness they each have makes the game that much more interesting and immersive. I took that into account with this entire DLC as I've played for so long and dug so much into each character that I thought I could create my own balanced characters and map as some killers, maps, and a few survivors now feel either way too overpowered or way too underpowered. If this DLC was taken into consideration, I feel that people could enjoy themselves knowing that they wouldn't be at a distinct disadvantage right off the bat.
