I think i found a solution. I tried everything like deleting the game and redownloading, restarting ps4, checking for game updates, and updating my software systems. The only thing that worked was deleting my ps4 account and logging back in through “create new user”. I think you should try this and let me know if it works for u. I’ve only had this problem for an hour and this solution fixed it.
