Well, are you referring to the shock detonation delay or actual lag and latency? The shock will always be one second before it actually hits a survivor without the addons that affect it.

I get bad map rng or it's some killer that I dont enjoy facing. I never see billy anymore. I have seen alot of Pyramid Heads recently and it just is not fun. Still getting hit through windows. I'm glad the devs are working on it but it's taking so long to finally fix bad hits. The meta is stale because there isnt many good survivor perks.
The game is also just so buggy. The devs are so amatuer they can't even consistently have bug fixes nor did they fix the spaghetti code before it got bad.
I ended up deleting dbd ill be back at some point. I might look at the forums from time to time but maybe not.
Same kinda situation here man, I'm a killer main and I've just uninstalled, the game. I'm at the point where I'm in high green/low purple rank and 'matchmaking' gives me games where I'm put against survivors who are new to the point that games go by so fast or people in red ranks so skilled that I always assume they're in a swf. I only see the same perk setups every game (or some variation of it) Exhaustion perk/DS/BT/Unbreakable or IW and I can't try out different perk combos/killers I haven't used without loosing my metaphorical [REDACTED] once a play session.
I've just downloaded SMITE for the first time in replacement of DBD. Let's hope I don't have too many issues with it.

I think you missed that he can teleport to gens. Freddy is tight gen control with tinker telepop and other helpers such as slowpoke (forever freddy) or tinker-ruin. Tinker is the most important perk on him. I almost exclusively use normal snares as info tool. Sometimes i can use them to cut down way's in a loop or when the surv is on a side with nothing behind him i can take my time to make the loop very unsafe. But usually i don't let me loop that much. Pallet snares can be a lot of fun as well.
Yeah I did, though I feel his teleport is to slow on startup to really have people worry about. In my experience, 9 times out of 10 the survivors have disappeared before I could to to the Gen they were at.

It entirely depends on your rank, MMR, region and time of day. However I do tend to find more God squads than potatoes.
Like some other responses I'd suggest mucking about with what time you play.

(Killer Main) It just feels like I can't run what I want to run. Want to try out a new non-meta build? Get ######### talked for 'not being good enough' get tbagged after pallet drops, point spamming, etc.
Want to grind out bloodpoints and/or rank up and use meta defining perks? Get hate mail for using crutch perks for killers who can't kill properly.
It feels like I can't go a day with out being [REDACTED] stirred for playing how I wanna play, and I can't just ignore the hate mail or the toxic behavior because once I know someone wants to stick it to me, I'd just rather do anything but play DBD.
Thank you kind soul for posting this and doing your part, I wish sooooo much that there were more people like you, but I genuinely think that it's all for naught and the community won't change any time soon. Thank you for trying <3

Looping is tiring. I tend to leave someone who is running towards a tile with an abundance of pallets (safe or not), the shack or a T&L wall.
Looping someone just isn't worth the reward of a down and/or hook especially when there are three other survivors potentially drilling out gens.
