Thank you I've found the logs here is the one from this morning. This happened immediately after purchasing the Walking Dead DLC yesterday though which I found really strange:
DeadByDaylight.log -
Correction: remaining 5 yards from a 'hooked' survivor while not in a chase will result in lost tokens Darn no edit buttons.

Agreed I get two iridescents a gold and a silver and still only manage to safety pip, honestly I think the ranking needs to swing the other direction a little bit, it's overtuned that you have to be a perfect survivor to even score a pip. With the current system it is IMPOSSIBLE to run with pugs and make any sort of a rank. I did three rescues on my Laurie for her Aftercare, finished three generators and still didn't pip.
Other balance issues could stand to be tuned out, such as an audio warning for the Plague's vomit charge and making the one-hit require about 20% more exposure before...erm... exposure. But seriously the ranking system needs to be returned, now it is so hard to gain rank that it's not even worth it to be a Survivor.

It won't let me edit it, so let me just add this in; 30 seconds off the meter for each pull into the dream may be a little extreme so maybe lessen it by knocking 10 seconds off instead. That way it is 12 pulls per person to be in a coma-like-state instead of 4. (that would be a little insane)

I like both ideas, however I can see a slight problem with #2. So if the killer hits you and you instantly go down, they’re going to know that you have it, which would cause you to have the same problem as the original NM. A possible remedy for this is that one you’re injured the first time, you’re stuck like that for the rest of the game (including the notification for other survivors). It wouldn’t ruin synergies either, because all you’d have to do is get hit once, sure you won’t have Resiliance or other perks at the start but it would make the perk better overall; and again, you can just get hit once.
Well that would be the balance, once you get knocked down, everyone would know you've got it including the killer, it would promote a bit more immersive play, or a way of getting one over on them at least once. The killer might leave someone there if they're in a chase, not realizing you're down or thinking they may have hit you already until you've picked yourself up. My goal on these ideas was to make it slightly less obvious without making it an obsession perk, due to its downside of it being a one-hit-down I don't think it would qualify for the obsession status. I made it through a match yesterday without being seen or knocked down with No Mither on but those matches are hard to come by, if it's less obvious it could have its own rewards. Right now it is practically useless in application.

Darn I can't edit! I made an error on a perk:
Call of the Wild - Birds disturbed by nearby survivors causes them to become distracted, they cannot hear the killer's terror radius for 3, 4, or 5 seconds. Auras of affected survivors are visible to the killer for 2 seconds. (30 Second Cooldown)
