Modern nem would ruin the Oni. I bet he could pick the oni up with one hand just like the survivors. Keep in mind that Nem is shrunk down in dbd.
-
I just want to be able to “refresh” tomes after completing them. I’ve done nearly all of the survivor ones and I’m now running out of interesting ways to play survivor.
-
I just want Jills STARS uniform.
-
I have to agree that it’s super annoying. I can’t tell you how many winnable games I’ve lost thanks to people giving up on first hook. If you try and stop them from throwing the game they’ll often throw a huge fit. I really wish they would permanently ban regular abusers or at least alter the game in a way that doesn’t ruin it for everybody.
-
I seriously doubt it will make much of an impact. I imagine that most people complaining about dh will complain about anything else when they get outplayed.
A lot of people on this forum come off as… less than good at video games.
-
I could have sworn that the chat filter was a feature we had to opt into and could be turned off at a moments notice. Did I get sent to the berenstain universe or am I just mistaken?
-
I went up against Freddy earlier and didn’t notice anything odd.
-
The ghost face skins all fall in line with what is expected from the costume. Ice face seems like something you’d cone across in the costume section of walmart.
-
I’d like to see Nosferatu before Dracula.

If you want to quit go for it.
but id at least wait for when they reveal the deadhead change
or the anniversary, i have a feeling there gonna try something really special for this anniversary. with the huge decline of players they need to do something big
I believe these things are planned out well in advance. I don’t think that people leaving will really do much to effect it.

Some guy was opening the exit gate while I hid in a locker just a few feet away. My man dedicated his life to that exit gate as Bubba approached and was downed just as the gate reached 99%. Once Bubba picked him up I promptly sprung from the locker, dropped a flashbang, opened the gate and got the save.
I promise you there was MUCH teabagging.

what if it was a killer?
OMG imagine Victor just snatching it and furiously trying to solve it before his sis stops him.
-
Probably the fog took the box and a survivor ended up solving it. I imagine the cenobites are well aware of what the entity is and what the rules for the trials are. They probably enjoy the game.
Edit- It was probably opened by that guy who made invader zim. He seems pretty smart.

Franklins is the definitive “no fun allowed” perk, but it feels so good to use.

I will not camp or tunnel anyone, but you wish I'd do it (joking)
If you ever face me, you will have fun. I can guarantee that :)
This is definitely not a trap!
-
If he sees me I’m dead.
Not all of them camp though and the ones that do are usually easy to loop. I managed to shake one off earlier today. Poor guy ended up having to camp his first and only down during the end game collapse.
-
Idk it would be weird if they represented fnaf with a skin before an official chapter or paragraph.
-
Let’s be real here. The game is going to be this way until they drop the games as a service model and create a sequel. And that’s not going to happen any time soon.

Simple answer: yes
multiple CoH users have caused my killer games to stretch out to 30+ minutes due to 3-4 gen layouts and multiple CoH totems far away from the gens. It's not fun, it's actually more boring than anything else to play against. I rarely straight up lose killer games because of CoH, it just makes the games drag on and on and on
I had a game exactly like this last night except i was a survivor and the boon was juuust far enough to disinterest the killer. Pyramid Head wouldn’t dedicate to chasing anyone so the match lasted 27 minutes with all of us tapping the same 3 gens.
-
This would make a pretty good skin for Blight.
-
Im normally not one to complain about killers but she really is too oppressive. I imagine most people defending her are either low mmr or play with friends frequently. A skilled artist player can always guarantee a hit and blind luck plays into her favor too often.
Out of all the killers she is by far the most stressful to be tunneled by. Especially in solo queue.
-
The only killer I have a problem with atm is Artist. Unless the person playing as her is still learning she almost always comes out on top. That’s something I normally wouldn’t mind too much but she barely has to try to perform well and blind luck plays in her favor way too often.

I confess when I'm in a lobby with everyone the same survivor I'll swap because I think it's funny to be on a one person squad. That said I try to differentiate my skin from the others' if I can.
This is exactly what I do. I know it’s annoying for killers when everyone has the same skin so I like to change my outfit if I can. Sometimes the killer really doesn’t want to tunnel, but their hands are tied if they can’t tell the survs apart.

Am I the only one who dodges lobbies with there's multiples of a certain type of survivor? I just like the emersed feeling of facing off against 4 different people. And having 4 Dwight's running around just kinda breaks that feeling. Anybody else?
Every other time my solo queue team does this the killers think we’re an swf and go hard. Last match we all went Bill and this guy started camping and t-bagging us. He told us not to cry and immediately left without saying anything when he realized we weren’t swf.
like, i just want to have some fun. When people do this they normally lack any good perks to use which makes the killer look extra dumb.

I'm out and about right now, so I can't look at anything right now.
Is she good? How are the perks?
Fun to play against but kind of bs. I went to cleanse my curse before it maxed out and she came through the tv i was interacting with which canceled the animation. It maxed out my curse when she came through and she managed to kill me before i reached my first hook.
It’s sort of like when you have a reverse bear trap counting down and the pig hooks someone right by the last box. It’s on me for not watching my meter, I get that, but I don’t think she should be allowed to immediately fill your meter like that while you’re in mid animation.

Idk I’ve actually been getting some real bros recently.

I went up against the twins either yesterday or the day before.

Just myself.

The intended counter-play to NOED is unrealistic for most Survivor groups.
Likewise, you are taking a guess that the Killer has NOED. You never know for sure. Cleansing 5 totems is a fairly large time investment, similar to one gen at the bare minimum.
Additionally, when the Killer isn't terrible and has managed to pressure your team well, but you have the edge when the gens are done, you just lose. There was no opportunity for you to cleanse totems, else you'd have lost the game earlier. That's a damned-if-you-do, damned-if-you-don't scenario.
To top it off, NOED is horrid at it's job. The teams you actually need it against (ie, 4-man squads) can remove it easily, as I've found in my totem experiment. NOED just ends up stomping Solo Q and Duo Q players, whom you shouldn't need it against.
NOED is a crutch for bad Killers, true, but it's unhealthy because of it's unrealistic counter-play that boosts good Killers to unintended heights and it is clearly a relic of a bygone era.
Idk. The game was probably only close because the killer went easy on the survs by limiting themself to 3 perks.

I feel right at home on that map. Loved that game and adore the maps inclusion. I guess it really does pay off to be a gamer…
-
I’ve been curious as to how map selection works. Does anyone know if the game selects a realm and then an associated map or does it randomly pick from any map in the game? I ask this because I feel like realms with fewer variations get picked less often.

"this build allows me to do everything that i can to help my team while minimizing risk (something solo queue players never do)"
Well, some solo players must do this because you just wrote you do. You won't be the only one.
Personally I always try to run BT because I'm the type of player happy to swap places and die on hook if it means the other person escapes death. The only time I care about escaping a match is when I have a Tome challenge or daily where it is required.
Yeah i guess it isn’t THAT rare for solo queue.
-
My Bill build is the following - bt, wglf, bond, and dh. As someone who exclusively plays solo queue survivor this build allows me to do everything that i can to help my team while minimizing risk (something solo queue players never do). It’s just another style of play, nothing more nothing less.
I might get shot for saying this but noed is fine. The killer sacrificed an entire perk slot just for a possible snowball that might not even happen.
-
One time a wraith hit me before I fully loaded into the match. He was in a glitched state where he couldn’t cloak properly and lacked the ability to pick up downed survivors.
-
Just make it look like the movie and we’re golden.
-
As someone who picked the game up during the Silent Hill chapter I have to agree that there’s been a lot of good change since then. Flash bang and boon totems really renewed my interest in the game and the fact that they’re updating useless perks has just made it better. I’m happily anticipating the haddonfield rework and i look forward to more perks getting buffed in the future.
Would really like to see killers getting more dynamic options too (falling attack, locker interactions, etc). Currently it feels like killer gets pushed around too much. A good example would be how noed is canceled out by boon totems. The survivors already know where the totem is and it would just take a minute for them to cleanse it again so why give survivors the advantage in that scenario? The killer already went easy on them by sacrificing synergy for a more climactic endgame.
(in b4 us vs them mentality)
