  It's a completely manual process, bans are usually issued justifiably.

  However, there have also been unjustified bans in the past (e.g., cheaters using known Twitch IDs).
  In most cases this does not happen but I cannot give a complete all-clear here either.

  Overall, this cheatert/hacker issue is handled rather unprofessionally in this game.

  Months ago, I faced a cheating Nurse that flied us out of the map then she was taking us hostage permanently where she stopped the end game timer unless we DC. I reported the cheater but it took them at least a month to solve the issue so I gave up reporting them.
