almost 100% of the match she knows the location of survivors because its pretty much imposible not having marks/tokens so she can search for u in the radar, deactivate a drone is sometimes useless and waste of time because it doesnt deactivate for that long as one may think.

learn to play better? the drones are not invisible and crouching walking/standing makes you immune to the laser. there is no reason for you to ever acquire stacks outside of chase. On average, i see less d/c on survivor when playing her. so I think this is your problem.

As someone who regularly swfs I can say it isn't something just being in a swf can counter. We all have to be playing tip top and have better map knowledge than we all possess to give proper callouts.

you sound like your expecting free uncontested wins. if i am playing well with the killer, i expect you to have to put effort to win.

I don't expect free, uncontested wins, I just think requiring perfect communication from a swf for counter play hurts the solo queue experience immeasurably and perfect communication to deal with something the killer can just spam m2 to do feels pretty unfair in general

  • The only thing I think needs to be reworked among the strong killer perks rn is that pain resonance working alongside dead man's switch, feels pretty bad that your generator will be hit with massive regression, then you are powerless as it regresses for 45 seconds on top of that. Its like if pop blocked the generator, but granted you can use pop quite a few more times in a trial.

  • Many aspects about her are definitely frustrating to me. The almost constant undetectable status on top of her zone control is frustrating. I especially don't like that claw traps don't go away over time, making drones in tight spaces like a hallway essentially unassailable without becoming injured and broken, or without becoming hindered while connecting from one loop to the next. Especially when you factor in how her drone will damage you even if you're looping her well and not getting hit and eventually hinder you, you're looking at a killer that can essentially sneak up on you, get a free hit, zone you and hinder you all due to the ability to hit m2. I'm not a top tier survivor so I'm sure there is good counter play but again I think it requires near perfect coordination. As someone who regularly swfs I can say it isn't something just being in a swf can counter. We all have to be playing tip top and have better map knowledge than we all possess to give proper callouts.

  • I think this is a fine idea! I had an end game where someone didn't go for a trade because they assumed I had full unhook progress, when I wasn't getting any at all due to a player being slugged nearby. This caused a heated debate between us where they doubted that I couldn't self unhook and I insisted a trade was necessary. All this can be easily mitigated with some more information.

Why not show it to killers too tbh? It isn't like showing the killer gen progress or player actions in general, just keeps them informed about what risks they can or can not take. I am not someone who condones min maxing camp pressure from killers, just condone the education of inexperienced killers who sometimes facecamp unaware of the mechanic lol.

  • In full agreement with everything OP said, we want to mix and match!

  • This man is spitting. Vaulting content is the fomo that hurts, not the content that rewards you imo. Why not have cosmetics for doing adepts either for example? I mean video games did this for decades and the reason it fell out of popularity is it was a way to profit instead.

I believe you can easily do both, give the whales (like me) something to poor money into and give the sweats (like me) more things to grind for. Win/win!
