Firstly, I know that any killer can camp by survivors on the hook but it is more common with The Legion because of how quick he can turn his attention from chasing another survivor to back to camping by the hook again. I do think all killers deserve harsher penalties for camping. Not just a reduction in score and blood points because it is not affecting players enough to stop camping. There should be something else put in place to stop this but at the moment, camping isn't the main thing I'm complaining about.

I have nothing against the nurse as I have started playing as her myself. Not sure if you are aware but she is the SLOWEST killer in the game. She is one of the hardest killers to play because of the precision needed, using her teleportation ability. After every use of her ability she has a cool down where she completely loses sight of her target. With the legion, he loses a lot of his sight but it is relatively easy to predict where the survivor has gone in the past 3 or so seconds from the remaining vision.
Finally, the hillbilly is fine as well because you can hear his chainsaw from quite far away and at different volume levels depending on how close you are.
I don't want to come across as a typical guy who makes excuses every time I get knocked and I don't think I am that kind of person but I bet others would beg to differ. Im not a pro at playing the killer or survivor but id like to think I know what I'm talking about.
