Notably, you no longer are talking in perfect grammar as you were in your OP post. Could this information be relevant?
Because I hastily responded? Yes, that must be the reason.

Ahhh, I love it. I can smell the haters from here. Patch 1.0.4 was when they added teachable perks….sadly this wasn't with launch.
-
This wasn't written by AI.It is amusing that people try their best to dismiss something they don't agree with by throwing the AI card at it. But hey, we can't all be intelligent.

A few things.
Shareable perks have been a thing since launch. Survivor choice has always mattered mattered very little once their teachables were unlocked. This was intentional by the devs. And there were cosmetics. Not many, but there were.
And by golly there were shortcuts back then. Mori's working from the first down, and later the first hook. BNP's instantly completing generators, actual infinites. If anything, the game didn't revolve around skill back then. It revolved around fun.
The entirety of point 3 is flatly wrong. 2v8 gained popularity because of the novelty of playing with 2 killers and 8 survivors. If anything, the mode is less skill-based, because your individual performance isn't quite as important. It'd be far more accurate to make this point about Chaos Shuffle. Survivors are hardly "stripped-down" in 2v8.
Cosmetics being the main drive of revenue is a given for any live service game. You're right in that it feels like that it feels like montesation took priority over maintaining a fun, healthy game, though.
also… was this written by an AI?
I'm sorry lil guy. the first patch made these shareable. they weren't at alunch.

Wait, wait, wait….your expecting a game developer that has been around since the early 90's that "built their reputation on rigorously developing games that let players share unique moments together and transforming the world’s most renowned intellectual properties into interactive experiences designed to engage audiences across every platform" with a 9 year old game that has almost 100 million copies sold and over 1,300 employees to have the money to afford to test things? Dude….did you not see the effort they spent on your Rick Grimes alternate costumes…you should be ashamed of yourself. We know where their focus is, they care about us…..

the true dbd experience in 2025
The question you need to ask yourself is if this experience is better than being tunneled or camped every game?

The issue with the servers is kinda embarrassing. Literally only in dead by daylight.
BF6 running it's beta cleaner than a 9 year old game.

I feel like it has become wait while you wait… I tried doing just a survivor queue and just a killer queue and the play while you wait option and it's ALL just endless lobby simulator
Behaviour trying to see how their new game will work in the market (Lobby and Store Simulator). Dress up your avatars, see how long you can wait!!! But wait….there's more! As soon as we get this up and running for you and all of the 2v8 fans you can rest assured we will take it away for another 6 to 8 months to provide you with some more broken updates and you guessed it! Some hard catering towards Otzdarva and the Streaming killers that can't stop whining :)

Importantly, what kind of snack? 👀
As usual, Behaviour focusing on the wrong thing.

Yeah, we are ALL very surprised DBD has new stuff and it's broken…..wow….who would of thought…
-
There was a time when they tried to make the game balanced. Now it's all in favor of the killers…2v8 is the only fun game mode this series has left to offer.

I've actually never left the game and never uninstalled the game until now. It's not a threat, I'm done, there are plenty of other developers that give a rats ass out there about their community. Its one game among the thousands. It is a great idea 4v1, i understand they saw the game Evolve and wanted to be like them, but it has run its course and there are other games out there just like it now. And you say you don't give a ######### then get off of the thread buddy, you cared enough to type a paragraph and post an image so don't say you don't care, you being here is proof enough that you do. But this is the last time I post on here or respond to another post. I was one of the first adopters of the game and spent well over 3k hours on it, I spent my money on items and dlc, I grinded to unlock every perk, you can say you don't care but I'm not alone in this and the dozens of gamers that I play this with have left as well. I am one among the many that are fed up with it, even Noob3 has decided to no longer play the game as his primary stream, Ochido has left, I am leaving, you will soon have no more famous streamers and the people that watch us will begin to play the games we have moved on to. Enjoy it, goodbye.
-
It's easy to understand if one person has finally decided to move on theres probably thousands more that have chosen to not jump on the forum or voice their opinion and silently decided to leave the game. These people need to read the book "A complaint is gift". The book explains that the majority of people that are unhappy with a service move on to another service without expressing their true feelings regarding the issues that made them chose another over their previous choice and the ones that do complain care enough for that particular service to voice their opinion in hopes it will get better so that they may stay, that is why it is a gift, they are given the opportunity to right the wrongs before that customer/guest moves on. I'm done waiting....I'm moving on.

This is Canada's best place to work of 2018 award, the largest independent game developer Canada has, but we don't have the resource to fix simple issues.
-
They've sold millions of copies....millions...does that not count as money to hire devs, not to mention with that money they released another game "deathgarden" which is similar to dbd. They clearly have enough resources to push out new games.
-
There are thousands of videos of people with issues, glitches, ppl lag swixhing and/or cheating and nothing is done about it. You can laugh at the humorous stuff but you cannot tell me you havent been launched by a hag or fell through the map or got stuck in a wall. This game is broken and it gets worse and worse, not better.
-
you know its broken and these clips aside from humor show dozens of issues, and every one of us experience these on top of the rest of the known issues we have

I love all the the logic you guys bring to the argument, the bottom line is, it could be fixed, and all you want to do is defend a broken game with broken mechanics. I stay rank 1 on both killer and survivor, its not hard to escape, prestige, creep, sneak, etc. But you still dont seea problem with a developer that is 100% ok with people playing their game and not given the opportunity to enjoy it. You have these issues among so many more. Loading screen loop, ######### ping from killers making it almost unbearable to playor their pc's cant handle the load, hackers still out there (videos of speed hackers still being posted), the killer pickup animation for flashlight blinding, etc. I play this game alot it doesnt mean that I cant want a game that I pay for and continue to spend money on to get better. It's been 3 years now and none of these issues have been addressed.

Hide or Die I;m most excited about.

We also have "The Last Year" and "Hide or Die"

its still in early access, and once more killers and maps are added it will be a great contender. But you claim a early access game to be dead. Its in early access, I just bought it, jumped in, it was fun and took like 2 minutes to get a full game

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!! Ok guys the game is named "SOUL AT STAKE". It's a asian DBD but the amazing thing is the devs have listened to feedback from this game as well as theirs and have continued to get this....FIX THE ISSUES!!!! I know it sounds a bit crazy but here's a youtube link and the link to the game.
