  • Yeah, just had the same issue. We only noticed it when a teammate with Fast Track hit a great while working with the Corrective Action guy. Since then, even into the next couple games, EVERY skill check, hit or not, by teammates consumes a token.

Edit: I don't know if it has any effect, but it also happened during a long play session. It was working properly when we first started, but hours later it started eating all the tokens as described.

  • I've always liked the idea of a gradual time out that increases with each DC in a certain time frame. And this could also apply to Killers that pre-emptively close their lobby (aka Dodging) simply cause one person is a streamer or someone has a toolbox. They already have a 5 second cooldown when you return to menu, why not make it increase with each return? Someone DC's in a match? 30 second cooldown. They DC again? 3 minutes. Again? 30 minutes. Etc.

Of course the killer dodge penalty wouldn't be as steep as the above example, but if they were forced to wait for 2-5 minutes between each Dodge, they'd be slightly less prone to do so.

  • The issue that arises is Perk Stacking. Nearly every AoE or global perk stacks with itself in case a second survivor is running it too, like Leader, Open Handed, Streetwise, etc., and I doubt they wanna remove the stackability. As it is, if all 4 survivors run Up The Ante 3, that's 3% bonus luck for each survivor minus the equiper (so 9% bonus at the start), times 4 survivors (now 36% bonus luck). Since those percentages are added directly to your Escape chance when struggling in a trap or on a hook, that raises trap escapes from 25% to a 61% chance of success and raises a mere 4% escape chance on the hook to a whopping 40% chance. And that's not even combining it with Luck Offerings or Slippery Meat.

To boost how effective Up The Ante is for a single survivor running it, the devs would have to rework a bunch of other stuff like how luck applies to escape chances to not make it completely OP. As it stands, UTA, like Open Handed, best works in a Group build rather than a Solo one.
