  • What's the bug? Everything's fine with the pallets now :) I quote my message: "Guys, it feels like Scott is playing on a separate client. I just tested all the maps he mentioned in the video five times and didn't find any of them with more than 20 pallets, or very close spawn pallets. The exception is shelter woods; I've been playing since 2019 and I don't remember a building appearing near the tree, but the pallet density on the map was fine." Come and check it out if you don't believe me.

"Even Blight struggles against this MANY pallets around STRONG LOOPS if the survivors are at least DECENT". If you get survivors who know how to optimize their pathing and loops to make most out every pallet, even Blight won't have an easy time due to how absurdly busted these connected pallets are. Now imagine for the other 40 killers…

Probably its a bug and i hope they fix it soon. We had enough "pallet drama" last year.

You really don't play both sides, unless you only play Nurse and survivor in comms. Even Blight struggles against this many pallets around strong loops if the survivors are at least decent. But even then, for the others 40 killers on the game there will be problems and maps will be almost unplayable. It would be like if, due to a bug, survivors couldn't repeat perks in a lobby, like they do in comp for top tier SWFs.

Blight and Nurse are not even 6% of the total pick rate. There is no reason to destroy the game to balance maps around them.

Hope they fix this pallet bug soon.

Blight is having trouble with pallets? That's just absurdly funny. And I partially agree with azaxydbd. Ideally, to make everyone more or less happy, we need to divide all killers into tiers and balance all maps accordingly, or even at least by whether a character has movement or not. I don't understand why they had to touch the pallets if the developers don't understand it. Before they started doing this, the pallets were in perfect condition, although there were dead zones, but I didn't care that they existed.

Now I'm unhappy with the pallets, both as a survivor and as a killer.

  • enshittification

  • What you've done is insane. Now, instead of playing pallets, we're guaranteed to get injured? What's the point of playing now? Degradation? No thanks, I'm deleting this stupid game. (I think many who've played since at least 2020 will understand. By the way, I've played a LOT on BOTH sides.)

  • Also killers are only getting buffs the last two years, the only exception I can think of is Blight, and he deserved everything.

OTR and Hope nerfs are very questionable and should be reverted, especially OTR since anti-tunnel changes didn't go through. As for the killer perks:

It’s becouse Pain Resonance is barely worth running. It's 20% which is 5% more than the value of the OG Pain Res. Any nerf at this point to Pain Resonance would make the perk unviable for anyone aside Nurse, Krasue, Billy and Blight and it's still the best killer slowdown perk which just shows the state of the killer meta perks.

Ruin got got buffed becouse using it would make you miss out on base-kit Pop effect on 9.2.0 ptb. I am kinda surprised the buff went to live but ey, it’s a perk that makes you actually focus on chasing survivors instead of kicking gens so again, why complain? Chase is the most fun aspect of the game for both sides. The numbers are still lower than 200% Ruin and I wouldn't be surprised to see a buff to it in future ptb with new anti-tunnel changes since the perk was not worth running on the last ptb even with the buff.

Nobody is bullying survivors and the majority of the changes in last 2 years shows that killers are now getting the short end of the stick. I advise playing both sides.

Pain res is barely worth running, that's why it's top 1 used killer perk on NightLight. And I DIDN'T say that it deserves a nerf, I don't think so, I ONLY pointed out that devs wanted to nerf it, but they didnt, while nerfing survivor perks that shouldn't be nerfed (I also forgot mentioning Tanacity).

I also didn't say that Ruin shouldn't be buffed and I didn't compaint about it. Again, just pointing out how unfair survivor perks nerfs are. You're just making things up at this point.

    I play both side, thanks.

  • THIS. They were so aestetic and atmospheric, much better than their modern counterparts

  • why you nerf Off the record if anti-tunel is not released? Why are you nerfing Hope? This makes zero sense.
