• Don't really have that strong of an idea just how much distance looks like in game but that can be changed for sure. Makes sense, doesn't have to stack. Don't know what would be the better, whether only give like a 3% but then add a survivor by perk level, apply only to one survivor, or a lower percentage but applies to the rest of the survivors. The grace period is also a good idea.
