Have a friend who is critical about items when we play duo or triple and a random/s who have no items. I used to be critical as well. I thought these randoms wouldn't help game at all and loot chests for fun but you can't judge a book by it's cover. Sometimes people would want to run a certain skin but don't have items on the character or maybe they are afraid of franklin's and would put the item build last seconds. I've also heard that window fakes are more effective with no item since before the animation starts the item dissapears. Personally I sometimes bring just a cracker with myself if i'm tilted to the point I don't want to give away even a brown medkit but I wouldn't ruin the game though.
Again, don't judge people by items, better check their steam profile if you are on steam and they are on steam

As for me, camping and tunnelling is ok cuz it is a strategy and it can be countered as a strategy by another strategy. It shouldn't be toxic though. Like killers who nod and hit you after they camp you, its not ok, especially if they expound upon how bad my team is in the end-game chat.
3-gen is also a strategy, but now it prolongs games drastically. Though sometimes I can even enjoy 3-gen when the killer chases me for a little while near it. But mostly you just feel exhausted after the game with the feeling of spending 3 times more time on it then you usually do.
Its not your problem to care for what survs want to play though. If your aim is 3/4K or you are a 3-gen enjoyer go for it. Just no toxicity, even if survs provoke you.
I personally enjoy chases more as a killer and as a surv, so I can be distracted a lot from the gens and end up camping someone. Just hunting for some experience if I have a moment and a person for it

I think you best bet is with steam themselves here. BHVR won't act on just bodyblocking, unless it keeps you or the game hostage.
The forums aren't the place for this, either. I'd recommend removing the profile link since that goes against the no naming 'n shaming rule.
How then the problem would get publicity if it's not posted? Tried reporting nicknames like this for tons of times and no result, steam doesn't care about this I would assume. While twitch bans streamers who used this word instantly and permanently if admins have proofs.
Its sad I'm the shamer in this situation and not them for their nickname
