• Let me give an example, on The Game, there is a location (RNG) that can appear just behind a pallet it splits two way but both ways just go to a dead-end wall. So you see a pallet and when you throw it down you have no where to go.

• Same thing happened to me tonight. Canceled out of the Snap Out Of It progress to run and you can hear the skill check start but got interrupted. Ever since then I couldn't snap out of it during the whole game which means I was useless and couldn't perform any action.
