I actually love having both as a survivor. Not every match has a medic and it helps when healing takes so long. Also taking a cage away helps for those that get tunneled in DBD.

I love having the torch bearer as a class and starting off with a flashlight. It gives survivors a chance to help each other out. I also main as a killer and it doesn’t stop me in any way from a hook. I love the challenge of the flash light baddies lol. I would like to see maybe being able to get rare flashlights more and on killer side it’s skill issues. As a killer, the torch bearer you have to be good at not getting hit with the pallet/ flashlight combo. I avoid pallets hits when I see a survivor with a flash light. I also time the flash grenade drop when I see a survivor drop one so it doesn’t affect me. Overall it’s a good class and a nice challenge for killers.
