  The killer STARTS the match at his weakest, and five minutes later when all the gens are done, he ENDS the match at his weakest too. Give the killer back some agency.

  yes but that doesn't prevent camping, it just gives you an opportunity to try to escape. my idea, in addition to punishing the killer who camps, also benefits the other survivors who can't do anything because the killer camps
