I am having the same problem and i dont understand why, Nvidia overlay is the only thing i am going off when playing DBD at the moment because of that i know that my GPU is actually working and that this issue is only with DBD i have tested 20 other games to make sure and the out come is the same so its something to do with DBD
If you have had any luck with finding a fix please let me know!
