I agree with this, and I also think if the second to last survivor is downed and the killer does not put them on the hook then after a while of being on the ground the downed player can have an option to give up to allow the other survivor a chance to escape through the hatch. As it stands this gives the killer and unfair advantage over the survivor and this is also on top of the fact that some killers have one hit kill abilities. Perhaps this is something to look into but this is just my thoughts.
