"Creating content" just because they dont have 1000 viewers or sellout with advertising dont mean they dont have content.if these people with 10 or 12 as example couldbenefit from a little bit of notiriety,a simple shirt could get a viewers attention.you have to think about that people like ninja advertisr and have people advertise.you are basically saying theres no hope for the little streamer.if they do something with a streamer it should be based on how much they play the game and not by viewer count.i could bot my channel with 20 people then slowly stop botting when it gets bigger or or have 4 bots for every 1 person

Exactly, so this pleople that don't have more than "1000 subs or 5 views" (etc.) don't deserve the shirt. As he said, this is not for everybody that starts a channel but for those who really spend time creating content and have a public.
