  • Please, please, please remove the "variable Shack spawn" feature from this map. This map is already rather confusing to navigate because the main building lacks identifiable "front" and "rear" sides. Allowing the shack to spawn on different sides makes it even more frustrating and confusing to play.

    1) make the shack spawn in only one location; 2) move the main building slightly off-center in the opposite direction of the shack; 3) add exterior visual cues to help players identify where the "front" and "rear" parts of the building are -- replace the 2 copy-and-paste staircases with 1 prominent staircase that leads into the middle of the map.

  • Similar to Rotten Fields and Wreckers Yard, this map lacks easily-identifiable structures beyond the main building. With exception to the shack, all the titles look like copy-and-paste duplicates, thus leading to extreme confusion as to where I am actually located at on the map.

Disturbed Ward is hands-down my least favorite map to play because of this. Unless I have a direct line-of-sight view of the shack, it is nearly impossible to identify where I am at on the map.

This issue could be addressed by changing the exterior cosmetics of the main building -- adding distinct "front" and "back" entrances and exits (like on Father Campbell's or Thompson House). Additionally, this map could benefit by re-locating the main building farther north and east (with the shack staying in the south-west corner).

  • The biggest issue with this map (and Wreckers Yard) is the lack of prominent land markers which a player can easily use to identify his/her location. When the shack is in the middle of the map and surrounded by multiple copy-and-paste tiles, it can be confusing as to where you are located at in the map.

Many players use a simple North/South/East/West legend or clock diagrams (12:00, 3:00, 6:00, 9:00) to help traverse the map, but that is nearly impossible on Rotten Fields and Wreckers Yard.

Simply adding a secondary building structure and/or re-locating the shack to a corner will easily remedy this issue.

Another feature which I'm surprised BHVR has yet to add is a mini-map compass or a simple rotary "North" icon, which will help players navigate their way across the map.
