I have joint issues, not sure what it is. The top of my wrist where the joint is flares up for like a week like once a month and it hurts so damn bad to keep struggling. I've heard people suggest maybe changing it to be like when you're in PH's cages on second hook and you get skill checks. Sometimes the button mashing glitches and just ends you, sometimes my wrist starts hurting and I cant hold on any longer and theyre running up to me and almost there, sometimes you lose rhythm and come up short on one press. It's just a problematic method for second hook

Like survivors dont complain about everything just as much. I cant even win a match without one of them crying in my inbox. I play about as fair as a killer can possibly play even

Games are too easy for survivors at high ranks, once you reach a certain level it's just child's play to run any killer at any skill level in the game. Hexy's tournament even showed this. It's just not a fun game at high levels, and survivors that reach higher levels of play need something to keep them occupied, so they figure out ways to abuse the killer, since wins are too easy. Nothing is done to help keep this in check.
People like to say there are toxic players on both sides, but really there isn't. If you see a toxic killer, chances are they are that way because of survivors. There's just nothing a killer can do against survivors, and survivors are allowed free reign to rub their superiority in the face of killers. The two things killers can do against survivors is camp and tunnel, but those two things are severely limited due to perks like BT and DS. Meanwhile survivors can bodyblock, they can teabag, they can relentlessly blind the killer, they can hold the game hostage, and they can do this all while effortlessly doing the gens and opening the gates because the game gives them the time to do so, there is no sense of beating the clock.
I can go hours and hours playing survivor games with no toxic killers. It only takes two or three games as killer to find a toxic survivor lobby, that then sours my mood and makes me play more ruthlessly as killer. There's just nothing the killer can do to survivors that's really toxic without sacrificing the game as a result. I think that's the major problem. Survivors can be super toxic and do this to one of the strongest killer players in the game while also doing their objectives. Most of the time if you choose to tunnel or camp survivors as killer, you're likely not going to 4k.
Very well said. To add to this also, I have never received any blatant toxic messages from a killer after game (xbox), but I cant play even 3 games as killer and not receive some kind of toxic, salty, harassing message from a survivor. I have probably 100 survivor hate mails in my inbox. The only ones from killers are maybe a couple gg's (1 from someone who tunneled me pretty hard, so i kinda took it as he was rubbing it in but maybe he wasnt).
I play pretty "fair" as killer also, while still trying to win the match. I give last one hatch fairly often. I even go way out of my way to make them feel like they have a little breathing room after unhook fairly often, even if I know the right play is to slug them at the time. I still get all kinds of toxic ######### in my messages from survivors

Ive learned the first 2 gens that pop, regardless of how quickly they do so it isnt an indicator that you're going to lose. My snowballing and best plays happen after a couple gens pop. It used to have me flustered to lose them so quickly but the fewer gens there are, the easier it is to patrol and keep everything in check. Killers that are good at ending chases and even just decent at mindgaming but still find themselves struggling, what helped me is slugging. I used to not wanna be that guy but the way I look at it when I play survivor is at least it's not a hook a lot of times. I'd rather be dropped after being unhooked and just used as bait for map pressure than to be tunneled and hooked off hook.
What I like to do early game is just that. Down one, hook them. Stay relatively close that way when they're unhooked I can drop them and chase and down the one who unhooked them. I normally dont even rehook that first guy because I want him to have a fun time playing the game, but I still want to win. Alot of times, especially when running nurse's, I can go back to them and get a 3rd person out of it. Then from there, I have 2 or 3 hooks very early and tremendous map pressure.
It is overwhelming as killer when facing a good team but if you enjoy killer and want to get better, you have to learn to keep a clear head under pressure or it will backfire and you'll have a reverse snowball effect.

Even if people rush gens, "gen rushing" isnt a thing. If it is it only became so because killers whined about it in the first place. But it doesnt exist. People just get gens dont fast sometimes. And no matter the map, a killer has the power to stop the gens. Hell I'd say "gen looping" is more of a thing then "gen rushing" will ever be. Especially since it's a term the killers made to complain about being outsmarted as quickly as possible.
I understand your point which is why I always say its overused and misused as a term. I've had 3 or 4 bnp in one game with multiple prove thyself and got obliterated in the first few minutes on a few separate occasions. That's what I mean when I say it but I'm not directing it at them like they are ######### for it. Some people just see it as they're doing their objective. I just say it referring to a game that went significantly faster than my usual games, and I play against good survivors so if they pop extra fast, they're god tier. People just made a name for something that happens and a lot of killers abuse the term to make it seem like they didnt get outplayed and it was out of their control. Sometimes it was and sometimes they didnt play their cards right

According to what they're saying the matchmaking is supposed to do, they'll eventually get paired with more skilled players. I wanted chill games so I been playing the killers I'm not the best at, like nurse. If I keep doing well, I'll get better opponents until I'm getting balanced games that should be pretty close. They said matchmaking might look a little screwy at first, like that's something new

I find that a lot of the same people who say genrushing is not a thing are the same ones who complain about noed. Genrushing is just a term used to describe something that happened, whether it be lack or map pressure from the killer or skilled loopers who focus only on getting gens done as fast as humanly possible with add ons and perks specifically making it quicker, as opposed to just playing the game casually and letting it play out where it's fun and exciting.
It turns into confusion when everytime gens pop fast as hell, killers act like it's always a thing survivors are doing intentionally to piss them off. The killer cant get enough map pressure sometimes, and other times you'll see end game screens with 2 or 3 bnp, 2 people with prove thyself, all with toolboxes. Alot of times it's a mixture of both. The correct way to use the term would be just to describe something that happened, not really a thing that survivors are always coming into a game to purposely do to you.

Hey, if you wanna do something like this, hit up the dead by daylight xbox group on facebook. We do stuff like this all the time, I'm always down.

There could be 2 separate gameplay modes. One ranked and one unranked. It's an unfair advantage to solos and killers to be able to be in a ranked "league" with the ability to fully communicate and play tactical and with an organized team. It destroys the purpose of certain perks, allows them to not have a need for some of the good communication perks and frees up all slots to only use the ones that the killer is supposed to have a slight advantage over them in.
